Zendesk Training Day is a day of deep-dive product training, demos, and hands-on exercises for Admins, CX leaders, Support Agents, and Analysts to enhance their Zendesk skills. You can register for one of three training tracks Support, Guide, or Explore. We will also be offering certification. All sessions at the Zendesk Training Day are interactive. Training sessions and certification exams are paid events that run concurrently.
